This role is for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Compact Motion products, including Servo, Stepper, DC, and BLDC drives, within a globally operating automation technology company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as the central point of contact for product inquiries, analyzing complex customer requests regarding compact drive technology, and collaborating closely with product management and development teams to resolve detailed technical issues. You will provide practical, solution-oriented support to customers via remote maintenance and occasional on-site visits, ensuring rapid and seamless system commissioning. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, coupled with profound knowledge of automation and drive technology. Fluency in German (C2) and good English skills (B2) are mandatory.
