Job Summary

This role involves driving digital transformation and quality improvement within a mechanical engineering company in Witten by focusing on workflow optimization and automation. The IT Business Process Analyst will be responsible for revising and creating quality control workflows, leveraging information technology to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency. Key daily tasks include developing and maintaining a central inspection protocol administration system using Microsoft SharePoint, and programming Excel inspection protocols to optimize company-wide testing processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a relevant IT qualification, possesses significant professional experience in informatics, and is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate is highly desirable, coupled with a passion for quality management and process enhancement.
