The IT Process Manager will be responsible for redesigning and creating workflows within quality management, leveraging IT to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining a central inspection protocol administration system, specifically utilizing a Microsoft SharePoint database, and programming Excel inspection protocols to optimize company-wide testing procedures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a relevant background with professional IT experience, possesses strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally has knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate.
