Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Technician specializing in electrical engineering who is passionate about manufacturing complex hardware for prototype development and small-series production. Day-to-day responsibilities include programming, setting up, optimizing, and operating computer-controlled machines for electronics production, creating complex hardware (assemblies, boards, cables), and transitioning evaluated prototypes into serial manufacturing. The successful candidate will also manage local IT infrastructure (NAS, clients, databases), ensure compliance with standards, perform quality checks (SQP), and troubleshoot errors. Key requirements include a professional qualification in electrical engineering plus a Technician certification, practical experience in serial PCB assembly, and familiarity with Boundary-Scan and On-Board testing methods. Strong English skills and proficiency in MS Office and SAP are essential for success in this proactive and dynamic team environment.
