A critical component of the role involves applying material models and verifying them through experiments and diagnostics, followed by comprehensive documentation and presentation of results in project committees. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with several years of professional experience in system design or engineering. Expertise in optimization methods, modeling, and simulation (such as FEM or system simulation) is essential, along with proficiency in programming languages like Python, Matlab, Java, or C++.
