Job Summary

This role involves taking on the technical and organizational leadership of the Service and Maintenance team. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing all service, maintenance, and repair operations, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. The Team Leader will provide critical technical support for complex system malfunctions, act as the primary contact for customers, project management, and internal departments, and drive continuous optimization of service processes while ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality regulations. Candidates must possess a technical background in Electrical or Energy Technology, hold a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, and bring several years of experience with medium-voltage systems, coupled with initial leadership capability.
