This role involves coordinating service and maintenance operations, acting as the primary contact for the telephone and service hotline. Key responsibilities include managing deployment and resource planning for technicians and service staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely order fulfillment. The coordinator will also handle essential administrative tasks such as setting up and maintaining project, order, and master data, managing documentation (quotes, confirmations, delivery notes), and supporting invoicing processes. Success in this position requires a structured, reliable, and independent working style, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, ideally underpinned by a commercial or technical background.
