Job Summary

This role is perfect for a seasoned IT professional ready to take ownership of critical infrastructure within a dynamically growing international life sciences group, specifically supporting the Pharma Analytics division. The System Administrator will be responsible for the operation and strategic development of Active Directory, Entra-ID, and Microsoft 365 environments, focusing heavily on planning and implementing robust Hybrid-Cloud strategies (On-Premises & Cloud). Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, alongside steering identity and access management projects. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Entra-ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), and proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. The position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility, including willingness to travel to national and international sites for coordination and project support.
