This role offers a structured entry into healthcare consulting, focusing on supporting clinics through their digital transformation using clinical IT systems and digital processes. As a Junior Consultant, you will join a project team to implement a Hospital Information System, specializing in areas like medication, intensive care, operating theaters, or patient administration. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing clinical and administrative processes, identifying optimization potential, and coordinating with client departments and internal stakeholders. You will prepare and conduct workshops and presentations to define requirements, train end-users both remotely and on-site, and support software rollouts during the Go-Live phase.
