Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take on the role of Team Lead for Corporate IT, ensuring the stability, security, and future viability of the internal application and system landscape. The role involves both technical hands-on work and leadership responsibilities, including the disciplinary and technical guidance of a small team. Key responsibilities include managing the stable operation and continuous development of internal applications and Office IT, with a strong focus on Open Source technologies. The ideal candidate will coordinate and implement small to medium-sized IT projects, manage internal IT assets (laptops, hardware, services based on OpenStack and Kubernetes), and drive process automation using tools like GitLab CI/CD, Puppet, and Terraform. Candidates must possess strong Linux knowledge, scripting skills (Python, Bash), and experience with containerization and version control, coupled with a service-oriented mindset and a desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
