Job Summary

This role involves the global electrical commissioning of metallurgical and heat treatment plants. The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for leading construction sites, conducting comprehensive customer training sessions, and providing essential customer support, both remotely and on-site, particularly during the warranty phase. A crucial aspect of the job is supporting software development efforts for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and OIP systems. The ideal candidate should possess a degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, ideally hold an electrician certification, and have strong expertise in Siemens S7/TIA Portal. This position requires an extremely high level of worldwide travel (80%-90%), demanding exceptional initiative, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, making it suitable for a highly mobile and technically proficient professional.
