You will be responsible for performing essential maintenance, repair, and modernization work directly at customer sites within the automotive industry. Key duties include independent fault diagnosis, implementing technical optimizations, and providing on-site training and instruction to operating personnel. Success requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both the internal Helpdesk/Development teams and external clients. You will also actively contribute to the continuous improvement of products in collaboration with the development department.
