The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring measures for greenhouse gas reduction, including implementing the Kom.EMS zero management system and maintaining its associated portal. Key tasks include balancing greenhouse gas emissions, developing a reduction roadmap, and coordinating with internal departments and external partners. The position requires a university-level degree in fields such as Energy Economics, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences, along with professional experience in climate protection, energy management, and complex project management. Education

Completed scientific university education (Diploma, Magister, or Master) in Energy Economics, Engineering Sciences, or Environmental Sciences

Experience

  • Professional experience in energy management and climate protection

  • Experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of municipal climate protection strategies (Desirable)
  • Foundational knowledge in greenhouse gas accounting, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and relevant legal frameworks (Desirable)
  • Technical understanding in energy management and greenhouse gas reduction (Desirable)
