Job Summary

This is a key leadership and coordination role within the Dresden City Administration's Office for Health and Prevention, focusing on managing IT affairs and technical coordination for the department. The successful candidate will lead the IT Affairs Group, serve as the primary contact for IT procedures and modules, and provide user support within the office. Responsibilities include initiating and leading C-projects for the introduction, development, or replacement of specialized IT applications, coordinating projects with the central IT services, and managing project and contract documentation. This position requires a completed university degree in relevant fields such as Administration, Informatics, or Business Administration, along with strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and relevant professional experience in administrative and IT law. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the city's public health initiatives through effective IT management in a full-time, permanent position.
