Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key technical consultant within the Facility Management division, specializing in Electrical Engineering for a federal real estate company. The successful candidate will leverage deep technical understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks to support responsible electrical specialists across Germany. Daily tasks include leading and managing central projects related to electrical systems, such as implementing intelligent energy data management systems to support sustainable operations and decarbonization goals. Furthermore, the consultant will analyze changes in relevant laws, directives, and regulations, preparing them for internal publication and conducting training sessions. This position requires developing and maintaining operational standards for electrical systems, covering modernization, refurbishment, and compliance, while offering flexible, mobile working arrangements with planned business travel throughout Germany.
