Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Agile professional ready to coach and provide lateral leadership to cross-functional software development teams within a major German insurance group. The core responsibilities involve fostering self-organization and an agile mindset, coordinating product delivery in close collaboration with the Digital Service Owner and stakeholders, and managing project progress, risks, and metrics reporting. The successful candidate will organize and facilitate all agile ceremonies (Review, Retrospective, Planning) and actively work to remove team impediments. Key requirements include a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Proficiency with organizational tools like Jira and Confluence is essential, alongside strong communication and a highly responsible, goal-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
