Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining specialized IT applications within the Information Technology department for a large regional public employer. Key responsibilities include executing, monitoring, and documenting the installation of specialized procedures, software updates, and patches, ensuring functional integrity through thorough testing and component integration checks. The specialist will also provide consultation and support for the conception, execution, and further development of internal IT projects, including project management for IT-side processes. A significant part of the job involves managing external IT service providers, including commissioning, technical instruction, supervision, and acceptance testing of their work results. Candidates need a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of client-server operating systems, software rollout, and MS Office programs, coupled with excellent communication skills.
