Job Summary

As an Engineer specializing in Building, Electrical, or Supply Technology, you will be crucial in the planning, execution, and management of new construction, modernization, and maintenance projects within the school building sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing, tendering, awarding, and settling contracts for electrical engineering works, overseeing planning processes, and coordinating architects and specialist planners. A key focus will be on sustainability, supporting CO2 neutrality by enhancing building efficiency and implementing energy-saving measures, including managing energy controlling software. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Building Technology, multi-year professional experience in electrical engineering (preferably municipal), and excellent German language skills (C2 level).
