Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Quality Inspector to join a renowned company in the food production sector in Groß-Gerau. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive quality controls across the entire production chain—from incoming goods to final products. Key tasks involve sampling, conducting sensory and physical tests according to specifications, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards such as HACCP, IFS, and BRC. The inspector is also responsible for meticulous documentation of test results, monitoring production hygiene, participating in internal audits, and assisting with root cause analysis and corrective measures for quality defects.
