Job Summary

As an SMD Production Line Lead in Crailsheim, you will take full ownership of the surface-mount technology (SMD) production lines. Your daily responsibilities include the independent control and setup of equipment, including stencil printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens. You will serve as a technical leader, coordinating and instructing the production team while ensuring high product quality through rigorous process monitoring. Beyond operations, you will handle machine maintenance, program machine sequences, and optimize reflow profiles. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a background in electronics or mechatronics who is ready to step into a leadership position.
