Job Summary

This role as a Claims Manager within Global Customer Care places you at the forefront of regional customer satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and complaints. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer claims, including detailed clarification, defining corrective actions, and ensuring rapid resolution using Incident/Call Management tools. Key daily tasks involve extensive communication with customers and regional partners regarding derived solutions, providing support for construction site activities via remote assistance, technician dispatch, or spare part delivery, and rigorously following up on all open tickets. Success in this position requires a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with long-term professional experience and excellent product knowledge, particularly concerning medium-voltage switchgear (8DJH series).
