Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating the XRF component assembly team, ensuring the highest quality manufacturing of complex subassemblies for high-precision X-ray fluorescence systems. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the assembly process in collaboration with production planning, actively participating in assembly tasks when necessary, and resolving technical issues independently. A key focus is on team development, motivation, and training, including conducting shop floor meetings and annual employee reviews. The position requires continuous process improvement using methodologies like LEAN, KVP, and 5S, administrative duties such as controlling manufacturing orders and maintaining data in SAP, and contributing to budget and personnel planning.
