Job Summary

The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by professionally resolving malfunctions in modular space units. Key daily tasks include preparing for and executing service and maintenance appointments, performing regular statutory and individual maintenance, and meticulously documenting all work in the ERP system. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, collaboration with the customer service team to clarify technical questions, and developing practical solutions. Candidates must possess a completed technical trade qualification (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or metal construction), experience in customer service or field service, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
