Job Summary

This role involves managing the full installation lifecycle of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients, actively contributing to the energy transition. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising installations, coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality standards, managing site communications, and overseeing final acceptance and handover processes. The manager is also responsible for enforcing accident prevention regulations, conducting risk assessments, and preparing necessary Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in electrical engineering (Electrician, Mechatronics, Master/Technician, or degree) and possesses significant experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems. Excellent German and good English skills are required, along with a high willingness to travel across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) 4-5 days per week. The position offers a company car for private use, flexible working hours, and 30 days of annual leave.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or further qualification as a Master/Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Experience in construction site management, with a focus on plant construction
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching (preferred)
