Job Summary
As an Electrical Construction Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems across the DACH region. Your daily responsibilities include planning and supervising complete installations from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors to ensure high quality, and managing project handovers. You will be the primary point of contact for safety compliance (HSE) and provide technical support for maintenance teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in electrical engineering and experience in medium-voltage systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering; ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering.
- Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems (ideally as an authorized person).
- Proven track record in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality standards on-site.
- Experience in managing accident prevention regulations and creating HSE documentation.
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days per week). Valid driver's license required for company car usage.
