This critical role involves managing the complete installation lifecycle of large-scale, sustainable energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Electrical Site Manager is responsible for planning and supervising installations from initial site setup through final acceptance and handover. Key daily tasks include coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to high quality standards, and managing site safety protocols, including creating risk assessments and project-specific HSE documents. The ideal candidate brings a strong electrical or electro-technical background, proven experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction, and practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position is suited for a conscientious, solution-oriented professional who is passionate about driving the energy transition and comfortable with extensive weekly travel within the DACH region.
