Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, processing, and execution of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) projects, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets. The Project Technician will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of service technicians within the project team, providing expert customer consultation, and preparing and processing quotations. Key responsibilities also include managing defect rectification and ensuring complete project documentation, as well as coordinating procurement negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates should possess a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Building Services Technology or a relevant university degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in TGA or customer service, and proven project management skills.
