Job Summary

This role seeks a highly competent Technical Project Coordinator to independently manage and execute complex Building Services (TGA) projects, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coordinating project teams of service technicians, providing expert client consultation, preparing comprehensive proposals, and managing defect rectification and complete project documentation. The coordinator will also handle negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician qualification in Building Services (or equivalent degree) and bring several years of professional experience in TGA or customer service, coupled with proven project management expertise. A strong technical foundation in HVAC and plumbing systems, along with solid knowledge of DIN and VDI regulations, is essential. The position offers a permanent contract, a company vehicle (available for private use), modern tools, and an environment characterized by flat hierarchies and self-determined working methods.
