Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the development and programming of electrical control systems, including those utilizing microcontrollers and PLCs (IEC611-3). The Head of Electrical Engineering will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of electricians and programmers across multiple sites, ensuring complex development projects are executed effectively. Key tasks include creating wiring and circuit diagrams using EPLAN, selecting suitable components, designing user-friendly interfaces, and developing technical documentation compliant with current standards. Candidates must possess a degree or relevant training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, coupled with profound knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., CoDeSys) and control technology. The position requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in German and English, and the ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams focused on process automation.
