Electrical Design Engineer | Elektrokonstrukteur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Design Engineer involves taking responsibility for complex development projects within electrical and automation technology. Day-to-day tasks include creating comprehensive electrical construction documents for new and existing systems, developing detailed circuit diagrams and P&ID plans using EPLAN, and programming PLC and HMI software for Siemens S7-300 and S7-1500 controllers. You will also be responsible for planning Ethernet networking solutions, generating necessary technical documentation (e.g., operating instructions), and conducting risk assessments. A minimum of three years of professional experience in electrical design using EPLAN and PLC systems is required, alongside a completed degree or comparable qualification in Electrical Engineering. Candidates must possess fluent German (C1) and intermediate English (B2) skills. This position offers an unrestricted contract and the chance to actively shape solutions and take ownership of development projects, including occasional travel for on-site commissioning.
