Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to kickstart their career in IT and Engineering by supporting innovative IT projects. The Assistant IT Project Management will be responsible for the planning, organization, and follow-up of IT project meetings, ensuring project goals and progress are monitored effectively. Key duties also include independent creation of project correspondence and minutes, managing budget control, and performing project controlling tasks. A crucial element of the role is facilitating clear communication between all departments involved in the project. Successful candidates should possess a completed IT-related vocational training, a degree in (Business) Informatics, or equivalent qualifications, coupled with initial experience supporting IT projects and strong Windows knowledge, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
