Job Summary

This role involves driving the next generation of technological solutions by focusing on the development and design of cutting-edge power electronic circuits. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and specifying analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, such as DC/DC converters, inverters, and power supplies. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate electronic components, semiconductors, and cooling concepts, creating schematics, layouts, and simulations using industry-standard tools. Key activities also encompass commissioning, testing, EMC measurements, and validation, alongside optimizing efficiency, thermal behavior, and system reliability. Collaboration with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams is essential, culminating in thorough documentation and support for series production. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses proven experience in power electronic system development, and is proficient in both German and English.
