This challenging role within the Schwarz Group's administrative support team (#TeamSCOS) seeks a dedicated professional to act as the expert and primary point of contact for all national payroll tax matters. The Senior Payroll Tax Manager will be instrumental in advising specialized departments, coordinating closely within the tax division, and ensuring robust tax compliance. A core responsibility involves contributing to the continuous development and maintenance of the payroll tax Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS). Furthermore, the role requires active support during ongoing external payroll tax audits. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in tax law, is highly process-oriented, and excels at analyzing complex tax issues to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions.
