Job Summary

As a Tax Specialist for International Country Support, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international subsidiaries within the Schwarz Group. Your daily responsibilities involve translating German tax knowledge into an international context, monitoring EU and local tax law developments, and providing proactive advisory services to local tax specialists. You will play a critical role in supporting international projects and assisting with tax audits and reviews across various jurisdictions. The position is ideal for a professional who enjoys acting as a strategic sparring partner and managing complex topics such as DAC 6, withholding tax, and permanent establishments. This role is particularly attractive for those who have completed or are nearing their Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) exam and wish to work in a dynamic, trust-based environment with occasional international travel (2-3 times per year) to foster global relationships.
