Job Summary

This full-time, on-site role is for an IT Specialist focusing on System Integration, IT Security, and Microsoft 365 (M365) within a fresh produce supplier in the Berlin/Brandenburg region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, operation, and enhancement of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, and networks. A major focus will be on implementing robust IT security measures, such as hardening, patching, MFA, endpoint protection, and comprehensive backup/recovery strategies. Day-to-day tasks involve the introduction and expansion of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune), resolving 2nd/3rd level incidents, and collaborating with external service providers. The position requires a completed IT qualification, several years of professional experience in a Windows environment, and strong practical knowledge of M365 administration and security best practices, offering significant scope for design and professional development opportunities in a modern, stable IT environment.
