Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist at Weihe GmbH, a leading fresh produce wholesaler in Berlin and Brandenburg, you will be responsible for the planning, operation, and continuous development of the company's IT infrastructure. Your daily activities will focus heavily on IT security, including the implementation of hardening strategies, MFA, endpoint protection, and backup/recovery processes. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the Microsoft 365 environment, managing Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune. The position involves resolving complex 2nd and 3rd-level technical issues, collaborating with external service providers, and documenting system processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Integration Specialist (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable professional qualification. Relevant Microsoft or IT Security certifications are considered an advantage.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Integration Specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT operations within a Windows environment
- Practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration, migration, and governance
- Proven experience with Intune, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security approaches
- Experience in virtualization and network security management
