Job Summary
This Controller role at Hephata Diakonie offers the opportunity to provide meaningful business management support, focusing on crucial financial planning and analysis. Daily responsibilities include comprehensive budgeting, creating deviation analyses, developing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools, performing cost and performance accounting, and managing personnel controlling functions. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, demonstrate strong analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and routine proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
