Job Summary
This role involves independently managing and executing complex IT projects focused primarily on network infrastructure for Hephata and its 150 external locations. The specialist will be responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the entire network environment, including critical aspects like IT security, firewalls, segmentation, and VLANs. Key responsibilities also include maintaining specialized systems such as servers, virtualization environments, Terminal Server environments (Citrix), and storage solutions. A crucial component of the job is providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level IT support to users and connected clients, ensuring smooth operational processes and high system availability. Candidates should possess a vocational degree in System Integration or equivalent knowledge, experience with medical/hospital IT solutions is beneficial, and must be prepared for shift work and on-call duties.
