Job Summary

This role involves managing complex contract variations (claims) for construction projects, focusing on optimal financial realization from the client's perspective. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and negotiating challenging construction claims (VOB), ensuring proactive claim management, and developing and implementing anti-claim strategies in collaboration with internal departments. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering) and possesses extensive professional experience in construction costing, project execution, or planning, preferably in civil or plant engineering. Strong knowledge of contractual legal frameworks (VOB/B and construction law) and basic understanding of procurement law are essential.
