Job Summary

This role is vital for ensuring the effective costing and pricing of water and wastewater projects in Leipzig. The Calculation Specialist will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and administration of the integrated service specification catalog for construction services, including the technical administration of the internal price database. Day-to-day tasks involve updating the price model for drinking water and sewage projects, providing quantity and price data based on post-calculation results, and conducting performance data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant technical field, preferably Civil Engineering, and possesses deep knowledge of service specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse) and project calculation methods. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AVA Plan, coupled with an understanding of German construction contract procedures (VOB) and fee structures (HOAI), is essential for success in this environmentally conscious and technically demanding position.
