A key part of the job includes creating evaluations and reports with tools such as PowerBI, Power Pivot, Excel, and Power Query to continuously enhance efficiency and quality. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial field or the IT industry
Experience
- Relevant experience in Workforce Management or Dialogue Center control
- Proven experience in controlling dialogue centers and applying relevant software solutions (e.g., OmniVista, CCS, Telesys)
- Proficient in handling databases and large data volumes
- Practical experience with PowerBI, Power Pivot, Excel, and Power Query
