Job Summary

The State Academy for Food, Agriculture, and Forestry is seeking an IT Specialist for their Web Area to manage and evolve their internal employee portal (MAP). This role involves the operation, maintenance, and further development of the statewide MAP, a personalized intranet serving up to 7,500 users. Key responsibilities include participating in the project management for new developments, designing and delivering user training, and providing 2nd-level support. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science or a related technical field, with strong experience in web technologies and digital media. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or Java, Linux server operating systems, container virtualization, and relational databases is highly beneficial. This position offers a stable, full-time role within the public service, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible working arrangements.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or FH-Diplom in Computer Science or comparable technical study programs, or qualification for the third qualification level in Natural Sciences and Technology (focus on Administrative Informatics).

Experience

  • Professional experience in Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Professional experience in web technologies and digital media for information provision
  • Experience in project management standards (e.g., V-Modell XT Bayern)
