Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Head of Facility and Safety Management to oversee all aspects of building operations and rigorous occupational health and safety compliance for a key player in the aviation support sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive building management, monitoring and maintenance of technical infrastructure—including heating, climate control, and electrical systems—and coordinating external service providers. A core function involves ensuring regulatory adherence by liaising with authorities and professional associations regarding safety standards. The manager will conduct regular site inspections for fire and occupational safety, perform detailed risk and accident analyses, and advise leadership on implementing effective preventative measures. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree in Facility Management or Engineering and must be a certified Occupational Safety Specialist. Success requires strong organizational skills, economic thinking, assertiveness, and a professional demeanor when interacting with external partners and agencies. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Services, or Real Estate. Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist. Training as an Environmental Protection Officer or Energy Management Officer (preferred).

Experience

  • Professional experience in Facility Management, Engineering, HVAC, or Real Estate
  • Experience in the practical and legally compliant implementation of occupational safety measures
