Job Summary

This role requires an experienced leader to manage all aircraft maintenance processes within the assigned dock. The Aircraft Maintenance Dock Manager is primarily responsible for leading, developing, and guiding the dock team, serving as the main point of contact for personnel. Key daily tasks include ensuring all maintenance procedures strictly comply with established standards, coordinating the availability and deployment of necessary tools and equipment, and working closely with Project and Maintenance Managers to ensure timely execution of tasks. The position demands a strong focus on maintenance performance, team motivation, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment. Essential qualifications include holding an EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 license, relevant aircraft maintenance certification, and proven supervisory experience within a Part-145 approved organization.
