The Project Manager/Engineer will handle all phases of service (HOAI Phases 1-9), ensuring project accountability, construction management, quality control, and adherence to deadlines. Key requirements include an engineering degree, technician certification, or master's qualification in building services engineering or electrical engineering, coupled with at least five years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in building services technology, regulatory frameworks (DIN, VOB A-C, HOAI), and proficiency in CAD and calculation programs are essential.
