Job Summary

This role involves supporting the company's Interconnected Retail strategy by ensuring optimal system integration and performance across over 170 markets and logistics centers. As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will primarily work on-site, developing and ensuring the quality of IT services for central administration departments. Key responsibilities include defining and documenting IT processes, conducting analyses for process optimization, and acting as the main contact for providing necessary hardware and software, ensuring their functionality. You will also provide crucial 1st and 2nd Level User Helpdesk Support, engaging directly with employees across European locations. The ideal candidate possesses solid knowledge in hardware, software, and specific expertise in Microsoft Server/Client OS, Office 365, SAP, and networking. Experience
