Job Summary

This role is the first point of contact for IT, software, and hardware inquiries from colleagues across over 170 European market locations. As an IT Support/User Helpdesk professional, you will actively assist market colleagues with all hardware, software, IT ordering, and organizational questions. Key daily tasks include receiving and prioritizing incoming requests, problems, and fault reports via phone, email, and a ticketing system. You will independently resolve issues through direct contact or escalate them to specialized departments or external partners, ensuring efficient resolution and transparent communication across all interfaces. The ideal candidate has completed IT training or is a passionate, technically inclined career changer with knowledge of software applications and hardware maintenance. Strong communication skills, service orientation, and the ability to maintain composure under stress are essential for success in this dynamic, agile team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT apprenticeship/training (Ausbildung) or equivalent technical qualification

Experience

  • Completed IT training or relevant technical qualification
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in IT support or customer service
  • Experience in handling standardized processes during service and standby times
