Job Summary

This role as an Operational IT Security Consultant places you at the forefront of digitalization within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, supporting the Cyber Defense Center, Identity Governance Management, and Privilege Access Management teams. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing cross-organizational strategies for operational IT security and protective measures. A core function involves taking ownership of information risk management and centrally coordinating Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities within the business unit. You will also lead or participate in complex IT security projects, support cross-organizational steering projects, and evaluate and establish cutting-edge IT security solutions. Success requires a relevant degree (Computer Science/IT Security focus) and a minimum of six years of specialized professional experience, ideally within regulated or critical infrastructure environments. Strong practical knowledge of cyber attack recognition and defense, coupled with proven project leadership capabilities and fluent English skills, are essential for driving security excellence across the organization.
