Job Summary

Join the Digital & Automation Business Line at Siemens Healthineers as an Integration Manager, focusing on the clinical Reading and Reporting infrastructure (Cloud, Edge, On-Premise) within the Digital Marketplace. This role is crucial for integrating AI applications from external partners to deliver seamless customer value, from examination to clinical findings. Day-to-day, you will manage the integration of internal and external software, leveraging AI functions to continuously increase automation for customers. You will also be responsible for enabling the global Service and Sales organization to support new application scenarios optimally, and developing/optimizing testing and validation processes within a complex infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in the digital environment, deep knowledge of software development and digitalization in healthcare, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies like MS Azure. This position offers a flexible work environment, including the option for up to 60% mobile work within Germany.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in a health-related field, ideally with a focus on Medical Technology, Software Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent discipline.

Experience

  • Many years of experience in the digital environment
  • Deep understanding of software development and corporate digitalization, preferably in healthcare
  • Foundational experience in the integration of software components
  • Experience modeling clinical information flows ("Image to Report") and building verification test environments
  • Experience working in agile, dynamic settings
