Job Summary

This role as a Compliance and Reporting Specialist places you at the heart of IT security operations for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. You will be responsible for the planning, conceptualization, and integration of various service provider control and deviation reports related to critical IT compliance topics. Day-to-day tasks include steering technical project requirements, translating needs into User Stories for the development team, and ensuring clear, target-group-appropriate communication of complex, cross-departmental issues. A key focus is the continuous development of existing methodologies and processes to create practical solutions, alongside designing and implementing training and awareness campaigns to simplify regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, MaRisk). Success in this position requires at least six years of relevant professional experience, deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with SIEM, SOC, and Vulnerability concepts, ensuring all reported content maintains audit-proof traceability while driving digitalization within the financial group.
